Job Description Prod Support Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration and network infrastructure; Experience in Java J2EE, Camunda workflows - SQL querying and database troubleshooting - Support Mechanisms - REST API monitoring and troubleshooting; JSON/XML payload analysis - GCP - OpenShift/Kubernetes administration; Microservices architecture support; Containerized application troubleshooting; Certificate and SSL management; Route and connectivity investigation - Monitoring & Observability - Geneos, Splunk, Grafana & New Relic, Scheduling Tools (Control-M). Splunk dashboard creation and analysis; - Kafka topic monitoring and troubleshooting; Integration troubleshooting with authentication and access management services - Excellent troubleshooting skills and an ability to think independently to ensure solutions are achieved. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to work in a team environment where solutions may come from multiple areas - Curious approach to problem solving with a desire for quality and avoiding repeat incidents. Roles & Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to improve Application & Platform stability, performance, and availability. - Review and validate application and platform changes, ensuring risks are identified and appropriate controls and documentation are in place. - Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities to maximize Application & Platform performance and uptime - Lead incidents, problem, and post-mortem activities, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement across support processes. - Ensure critical data feeds and messaging services meet SLAs while maintaining high availability of business-critical functions - Collaborate across global teams and support operational responsibilities, including escalation management, disaster recovery coordination, and delegated Service Manager activities Salary Range- $80,000-$95,000 a year #LI-CO1 #LI-SN1 Location Cary, NC Function TECHNOLOGY Role Engineer ID 433363 Skills Java Salary Range $80,000 - $95,000
