Site Operations & Facilities Support (35%) * Facilities & Safety: Support workplace organization efforts (5S), facility upkeep, equipment maintenance tracking, and recurring safety compliance routines. * Resource & Vendor Coordination: Interact with external contractors, supply vendors, and waste/recycling partners as needed. * Operational Planning & Basic IT: Assist with budget tracking, documentation organization, workstation setups, and simple IT onboarding tasks. 3. Special Projects & IT Support (30%) * Support cross functional initiatives, including continuous improvement projects, drafting SOPs and work instructions, maintaining equipment schedules, and helping optimize workspace layouts or tool management processes. ________________________________________ Preferred Experience & Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, or a related field. Upperclassmen preferred. * Minimum 3.2 GPA. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization). Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems, CRM platforms, or BI tools is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a dynamic, hands on environment. * Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to transition seamlessly between desk analysis and physical workspace tasks. * Excellent time management, organization, and concise written/verbal communication skills. * Due to the nature of our government contracting work, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen ________________________________________ What You Will Gain * Real exposure to both business operations and physical operations in a technical hardware company. * Experience working with data visualization, supply chain processes, facility management, and interdisciplinary project work. * Opportunities to meaningfully improve processes and present operational findings to leadership. ________________________________________ Work Breakdown * 35% Product Line Business Operations (supply chain, dashboards, P&L support) * 35% Site Operations & Facilities (safety tracking, 5S, vendor support) * 30% Special Projects & IT (SOPs, workstation setups, improvement initiatives) | |
