ENT Medical office M-F 8-5 Strong communication and multi-tasking skills required. Competitive salary and benefits. The Operator is often the first point of contact for our clients (patients, their families, and outside providers) and is a key position in setting expectations for the client experience. The Operator will ensure that our clients are presented with a warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor when calling into our clinic. In addition to ensuring phone calls are handled appropriately, the operator will assist with assigned administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school degree or equivalent, team player, ability to multitask, detail oriented, ability to locate correct spelling of procedures, medications, and names, use of proper phone etiquette, knowledge of and/or ability to learn EMR system, and proven ability to provide exceptional client service. EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months experience in a high call volume setting (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
