Overview:

Wall Colmonoy, a leader in manufacturing for various sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Glass, Rubber, and Marine, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards, including compliance with updated ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
  • Lead the quality management team in conducting inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to set quality goals and monitor progress with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the resolution of quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and customer requirements for all projects.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation to support quality management and audit processes.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization through training and mentorship.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new quality management technologies and techniques as appropriate.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
  • Proven experience with quality management systems (QMS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are advantageous.


Working Hours and Conditions, including Travel Required:

Administrative business hours and availability to conduct occasional business travel.
