Description Leidos is hiring multiple Sr Systems Engineers in the Ft. Meade area, MD. All opportunities require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Job Summary The SE will be part of the Mission Support Team that supports partner dataflows. They will derive from the system requirements an understanding of stakeholder needs, functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness. Troubleshoot dataflows, as well as map out new dataflow requirements. The Systems Engineer will support deployed customer processing systems, focusing on system operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and specifically dataflows and scripting. The candidate will also support system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities. The majority of the time will be spent on telecommunications signal and software engineering activities. This includes signal processing workflow management, signal data analysis, infrastructure design, maintenance, and integration work such as the configuration of virtualized environments, encryption, unique product installations and configurations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of corporate dataflow and the organizations involved, knowledge of corporate dataflow tools: PICTUREPOSTCARD, DX, DARKGATEWAY, SPLINTER, Kibana, DATARUNNER to name a few. Additionally, the candidate is required to have a basic knowledge of NiFi. It is preferred to have an intermediate knowledge of Linux and a strong knowledge of corporate dataflow and associated tools. Required Qualifications
