Job Title: Commercial Construction Foreman (Architectural Sheet Metal Specialist) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Construction Foreman with a strong background in Architectural Sheet Metal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation and maintenance of architectural sheet metal systems on commercial construction projects. Your expertise in sheet metal fabrication, installation techniques, and industry standards will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse construction team. (preferred)
Reading and interpreting construction blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications related to sheet metal installation. (preferred) Knowledge of architectural sheet metal systems, including metal roofing, wall cladding, flashing, and architectural components. (preferred) Experience in commercial construction, with a specific focus on architectural sheet metal installation and fabrication.
