Credence is seeking an Acquisition Specialist, SME to support one of Credence's premier space programs where we are providing a broad range of acquisition capabilities and integrated program management solutions. This work will encompass space related research, development, production, operations & maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities directly impacting the Military Communication (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate.



Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Oversees Directorate/Division Action Group (DAG) contract personnel supporting Business Operations, Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution, Acquisition Reporting, Management, Communications and Media, and Government Audits.
  • Provide acquisition support across the following business functions:
    • Tools, processes, and procedures
    • Database maintenance
    • Document reviews and assessments
    • Reporting discrepancies, findings, and recommendations
    • Contractor recommendations
    • Routine and ad-hoc meetings
    • Meeting administration
    • Meeting material
    • Data archival
    • Functional trainings


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • DoD Secret security clearance is required
  • BA/BS in a relevant field is required, MA/MS degree is preferred
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Ten plus (10+) years demonstrated relevant experience is required
