JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State is looking for several CNA Instructors to join our team to teach at various locations in PA, including Hazleton area to include Luzerne, Schuylkill, Columbia Counties, Hamburg/Reading area, Allentown area, York area, Harrisburg area and Danville area. The CNA Instructor will be responsible to provide students with the skills necessary to meet the physical, physiological, and psychological needs of a patient. The objective of the CNA instructor is to help students to build knowledge and clinical skills aimed at passing the PA StateLicensing Exam and being emotionally prepared to work in a facility. Duties, and Responsibilities: .
Education Requirements: Musthold a current RN or LPN license for a minimum of 2 years, andhave a minimum of 1 year experience in long term care facility as an RN or LPN. Teaching experience preferred. Must possess or have the ability to obtain the Train the Educator (TTE) Nurse Aide Instructor certificate.
