Endeavor Health Medical Group (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, is currently seeking a full-time, dynamic, team-oriented Palliative Care Physician to join the Department of Medicine. You will join a collegial team of four physicians that are board certified in Hospital and Palliative Medicine with specialties in geriatrics, oncology and hospital medicine, as well as nine APNs with diverse backgrounds and a social worker. Our Endeavor Health Palliative Care Service supports patients at any stage of a life-threatening illness and offers a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. Our Palliative Care specialists are available at the request of attending physicians to assist in coordinating and managing palliative care and hospice patients. The hospital system is extremely supportive of our service to patients in the hospital as well as in our community. A system focus on quality improvement and outcomes allows us to continue to grow and expand our program. Position Highlights
