Physician - Neurologist/Sleep

Position Highlights:

• Position: Sleep Neurologist
• Location: Glenview, IL
• Full Time (32 or 34 Clinical hours with 8 or 6 Administrative hours)

What you will need:

• Completion in residency in Neurology and a Sleep fellowship
• BC/BE in Psychiatry (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology)
• Valid state medical license as MD or DO
• Valid DEA/Controlled Substance certificate
