$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services. Practice Overview The Kentwood location supports a large number of patients and has a wide variety of roles to help treat the patient as a whole. The team includes 10 Medical Assistants, 1 Nurse Tech, 5 Patient Service Representatives, 12 providers that include physicians and mid-levels, 2 behavioral health professionals, RNs, and a pharmacist. We partner with local refugee programs, and support many non-English speaking patients. The office has an onsite a Vietnamese interpreter daily and utilizes ipads for translation services. Office Culture Being a large practice, there is room for growth and development within each role. Both the on-site manager and supervisor come from clinical backgrounds. Day to day tasks include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, vaccine and medication administration, in basket work, answering phones, and point of care testing. The person hired into this role will go through an onsite training period where they will be buddied with one of the Senior MAs. Essential Functions
