FTE: 1.0, Shift: Variable_, Schedule: Variable 2 years Neo/Pediatric experience highly preferred Position Summary The Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of work performed by assigned professional staff engaged in respiratory care activities and for providing respiratory therapy to inpatients and/or outpatients of MultiCare. This position operates independently, under limited supervision, providing direction and guidance to assigned Respiratory Therapists, and depending on assigned unit, other non-nursing professionals. This is a working supervisor position. Individuals in this position possess specialized training and experience to perform independent, professional respiratory care, ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and clinical evaluation of care, including the establishment of therapy and treatment objectives, and the review of care based on the age and needs of the patient.Requirements

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $86,944.00 - $125,091.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
