Project Manager- Site Division (Civil)

Upstate Companies is looking for a Project Manager for the Site Construction Division (Civil). Pay will be competitive based on experience. Upstate offers 401k with employer match, Health Benefits, and Aflac.

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Able to manage projects proficiently
• Estimating experience
• Submittals
• Complete As-Builts
• Complete Scheduling
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors
• Perform buyouts
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Communicates well
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Adobe, and take of software.
