As Fleet Administrator, Here's What You'll Do:




  • Provide day to day support for fleet products including updating current product summaries and presentations



  • Develop and maintain understanding of product features and benefits to provide product owners assistance



  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure all customer facing materials are up to date and accurate



  • Special projects as assigned.



  • Provide feedback to help guide the direction of product roadmaps



  • Ensuring that product development goals, milestones, budgets, and timelines are met



  • Assist in maintaining up to date price index



  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and client services to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients.



  • Maintain the product and services matrix



  • Administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, mail distribution, and shipping.



  • Assist in researching and implementing new products



  • Process invoices when necessary



  • Provide day to day support as needed for operations team



  • Be a change agent in helping to suggest ideas for continuous improvement across the department



  • Other administrative duties as assigned




Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:




  • Bachelors degree or related experience



  • 1+ years of automotive product support or fleet management experience which may include telematics, license and title, or toll management



  • Experience using a variety of vendors and fleet software programs



  • Customer service experience



  • Knowledge and understanding of automotive fleet



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word



  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with vendors and customers



  • Proven ability to interact with all levels of management.



  • Detail-oriented



  • Highly accurate data input skills



  • Ability to work independently




Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers, and fax machines.

Working Conditions

This position will be based out of our office in Oak Brook, Illinois. Until the Company moves to Oak Brook in early 2026, this will temporarily work out of the office in Schaumburg, Illinois. This role also offers remote work flexibility with 3 days in office, and 2 days remote.

Compensation/Benefits

The hiring range for this role is: $38,000.00 - $54,000.00 USD Annual. This role is classified as non-exempt for purposes of all applicable wage and hour laws, which means that the individual hired will receive overtime pay for more than 40 hours worked in a workweek. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on financial and personal performance throughout the plan year.

Sasser is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data according to 3rd party salary benchmarking surveys. Actual base salary is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, and experience.
