$110,500 - $360,651 Application Window Open date: September 4, 2024 Most recent review date: Sunday, Nov 24, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Thursday, Sep 4, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Pediatrics, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital seek faculty members to join the Department of Pediatrics' Division of Critical Care in the Health Sciences tracks. Academic rank and step will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must be board certified/eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. Duties include patient care, teaching of fellows and residents, and participation in research or other scholarly endeavors that will lead to academic promotion. Strong leadership skills, administrative experience, and teaching experience are a strong plus. Candidates with commitment to pursue collaborative and/or independent research will be supported as needed in their academic endeavors. Applicants on a path to independent extramural funding are desired and will be provided the necessary resources to be successful. Candidates must hold a M.D. or equivalent degree, be eligible to work in the United States and licensed (or licensable) to practice medicine in California.
