Establish an overview of the requirements defined by the customer; drive definition of business, technical, and architectural requirements, and recognize any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements that must be considered within own area of responsibility. Responsible for defining the solution blueprint (addressing all high-level business and technical requirements), reflecting a strong process understanding and knowledge. Address integration needs and issues for solutions defined. Use common software implementation methodologies, including SCRUM and apply relevant problem-solving frameworks and techniques to the projects. Contribute to the scope management and risk management, including identification of risks, evaluation and mitigation plan, and project delivery on specific projects. Deliver best possible/best fit solutions to meet business requirements. Ensure solutions support for overall strategic goals. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires 7 years of experience in the job offered or 7 years of experience in the Related Occupation. RELATED OCCUPATION: Global CRM Solution Architect or any other job title performing all listed job duties above.
