| About the Role 
 As the Global Configuration Lead/Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring the Workday system to support break/fix and enhancement needs of the business for the Compensation (Core and Advanced) & Payroll SKU's globally for 32 countries.

 You will not have any direct reports, but will work with a global team of approximately 10
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within WorkdayConfigure, test, validate and implement changes in WorkdayAssist in testing of integrations, security, annual eventsMaintain master data values in Workday for the Compensation (Core and Advanced) & Payroll SKU'sServe as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issuesReview information to ensure data integrity; edit input documents for accuracy and monitor output for system problemsBe the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine the right technology solution to meet strategic business initiativesProvide operational and project support to Lead Analysts
 
 What You Need
 
 
 
 Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, with a preferred concentration in Business, Technology Services, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline5+ years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management, or other HR Systems, preferably in multiple areasA strong understanding of Compensation & Payroll process requirementsBe willing to obtain and maintain Workday certification in their specified SKU, if not already certifiedAbility to work in a global matrixed organization and communicate at all levelsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including how to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits

 3+ years of practical Workday Administration experienceWorkday certificationsCompensation and/or Payroll certificationsWorking knowledge of all Workday systems, including other areas not specific to this role (e.g. Core HCM, Talent Management, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.)
