Summary
The VP of Diversity and Inclusion will develop and implement the organization's diversity initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, maintain and grow a diverse workplace. Position Responsibilities
Oversee the diversity and inclusion goals and objectives of the organization and create processes and programs through which the organization will meet these goals.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to develop and implement targeted strategies to attract, retain, develop and promote diverse employees in the organization. Partner with Organizational Development to develop and implement required and inclusive training, as well as development and mentoring programs. Create and lead a Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Committee, which oversees the execution of the organization's D&I processes and programs. Work with senior leadership to identify and address diversity gaps, including current or projected talent needs. Develop, advance, and maintain relationships with diverse colleges and universities, professional organizations and the communities in which we operate to identify and attract diverse talent.
