We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team based in Sacramento, CA, with services extending to the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced BCBA looking for career growth and access to continued trainings. Small case load, no travel and the ability to develop your clinical skills. Earn up to $97,760.00 annually + mileage reimbursement Position Details Our BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned. They will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Master's degree with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis * BCBA certification issued by the BACB in the state of California * 2+ years of experience providing direct services to clients with developmental disabilities, behavioral health diagnoses, and/or severe behavior challenges in settings such as hospitals, behavioral health, home-based care, education, or social services, ideally across various age groups * NADD - Clinical Certification preferred * Bilingual in Spanish preferred * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled |
