Job Summary Wolfgang Puck Catering is looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Vice President of Operations to lead our teams across key markets, including Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Chicago. Reporting to the President, this role is central to driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and teamwork across multiple cities. With Wolfgang Puck's world-class reputation, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of our culinary experiences in diverse and exciting markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and empower a diverse team of operational leaders across five cities, ensuring alignment with Wolfgang Puck's values of innovation, quality, and inclusivity. Develop and implement strategies that enhance operations, focusing on seamless service, client satisfaction, and the continued evolution of our culinary offerings. Build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that we meet their needs while upholding the highest standards of service and collaboration. Champion innovation by introducing new ideas and processes that enhance efficiency, drive growth, and elevate the guest experience. Foster a positive and supportive culture, where teams are encouraged to collaborate, grow, and share ideas in pursuit of operational excellence. Manage financial performance through effective budget oversight, cost control, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement across all markets. Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in food service management, including 5+ years overseeing multi-unit operations with portfolios of $25M+. Proven success in managing high-volume operations across multiple locations, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and team development. Strong background in client relations, financial management, and operational strategy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation, service excellence, and team collaboration.
