Seeking a full-time Clinical Assessment Coordinator to work on the inpatient behavioral health unit in the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Mary's, OH.

The Clinical Assessment Coordinator, in conjunction with the Program Director, coordinates referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process, and provides clinical assessments for potential clients.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed RN, LPC or LMSW. Must have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position and/or industry.
