Position Summary
Echo Lake Foods is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our night shift operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure smooth production.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair packaging machines, motors, conveyors, and other processing equipment.

* Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.

* Install and set up new machinery and systems.

* Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs.

* Follow GMP and company safety policies.

* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

* Operate hand and power tools including drills, milling machines, and welding equipment.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred).

* 2 years of post-secondary technical or engineering education preferred.

* Proficiency in motor control circuits and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Familiarity with CMMS systems and PSM/RMP protocols preferred.
