Responsibilities

Join a growing, fast-paced team! At Keysight, you'll be part of a team of talented engineers who are passionate about making a difference. Our engineering team is located in Loveland, Colorado. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Loveland area and relocation support will be provided. Although you'll be part of a team, you will also be working independently on your priorities and tasks. We provide mentoring and training, but the scope and complexity of your projects will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills. Responsibilities

Our innovative team is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing real-time oscilloscope software. The oscilloscopes we create capture the true performance of the device under test. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to innovate new software, enable customers to validate their products, collaborate with our team and partner teams, and embrace cutting edge technologies.

Our team consists of both new and experienced engineers who are motivated, easy to work with, and eager for you to succeed. You'll work closely with the team learning new development tools and processes, learning how Keysight oscilloscope software works, and completing software that is delivered to customers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
    • Candidate must have completed all coursework and graduated by (August 2025 or before)
    • Minimum of 3.4 GPA in Core engineering classes
    • MS candidates, we will consider recent grad with applicable grad work/internships
  • Experience with software development, debugging, and testing gained through projects or internship
  • Must have proven skills in Objected-Oriented C++ software development
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS development environments
  • Familiarity with IDE's, source control, and defect tracking tools
  • Basic understanding of electronics
    • Projects/classes in Robotics, FPGA, SoC, etc
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Industry experience or applicable internships
  • Experience programming hardware in robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware interfaces
  • Knowledge of analog circuit design and mixed-signal systems
  • An understanding of electrical engineering principles, digital design, and electronic components
  • Experience using digital oscilloscopes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Familiarity with Git source control
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools - Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket

This position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls. You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Colorado Pay Range: MIN $69,000- MID $92,000 - MAX $116,000.00 Annually

Salary is based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
