Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Systems Senior Analyst is responsible for production support, testing, ongoing enhancements, projects to improve operational procurement and inventory processes and supporting regular releases of all Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS). This position works closely with Supply Chain, end users (customers), suppliers and other corporate support teams to manage internal databases and educate users on the functionality of the system. This also includes ensuring security, accuracy, integrity, and availability of SCIS data.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Designs, maintains and delivers required data-related information via standard and custom reports, Dashboards, Metrics, Workday Discovery Boards, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
  • Serves as primary point-of-contact for technical SCIS issues from Associates and Leaders.
  • Analyzes and evaluates SCIS business requirements for system configuration.
  • Partners with other team members to assist with the delivery of projects, configuration changes, and functionality deployment (including configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management)
  • Develops and documents SCIS system procedures and tutorials for Associates.
  • Trains end users on various Associate and manager self-service workflows.
  • Troubleshoots system issues and researches solutions to improve system efficiencies.
  • Maintains SCIS procedures, manuals, and documentation.
  • Assists with data entry, corrections, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborates with functional and technical teams to coordinate application releases/upgrades with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Manages the security, confidentiality, and data integrity of the HRIS system ensuring appropriate access and restrictions. Manages Administrator rights and test environment access.
  • Identifies business process and workflow improvement opportunities to enhance operations and system's efficiencies.
  • Audits SCIS system data on a routine basis for accuracy, security, data integrity and compliance. Support internal/external audits of SCIS system data.
  • Designs, delivers and monitors performance dashboards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years combined experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Operation, or Technology role.
  • Minimum of five years of ERP/SCIS experience required.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholders' inputs, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and partnering with Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, Supply Chain, and internal customers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating complex data sets.

Preferred:

  • PowerBI experience
  • Workday certifications and experience.
