A long-standing partner to the military, Corvias operates over 20,000 military family homes on 7 installations over 6 states with a history of leading innovation and operational excellence.

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial, problem-solving leader for a Division President role that will oversee our military housing business segment. This is a fully remote position with travel required reporting to the CEO.

How You'll Contribute to the Team

Strategy & Vision Development & Implementation



  • Execute a clear and compelling vision, mission, and strategic plan for the business segment.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
  • Drive business development efforts to identify, pursue and realize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies from influencing to closing to drive growth in the aligned segment market targets.


Foster, Build & Maintain Key Relationships



  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, investors, customers, and industry influencers to support growth and expansion.
  • Generate partner-specific commercial insight by maintaining a detailed understanding of partners goals, concerns, and drivers to develop strategic solutions and utilize information gathered to challenge partner to act.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key industry players.
  • Stay informed of the market landscape to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitors.
  • Serves as the business segment representative with clients, investors, and business partners.


Exceptional Financial and Compliance Oversight



  • Develop and manage the segments budget, financial forecasts, and investment strategies to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
  • Apply financial management principals and knowledge to ensure solutions and decisions are fiscally sound.
  • Model, and demonstrate by example, the importance of adhering to the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct through clear and direct communication of behavioral expectations.
  • Ensures the business segment complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.


Build, Inspire and Lead Strong Teams



  • Through oversight of the senior leadership team, ensure organizational outcomes are met and team members thrive.
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the business.
  • Coordinate functional support department leads to deliver on shared initiatives at the enterprise level.
  • Model the highest standards of business professionalism; lead the training and development of team members through coaching, motivating, and mentoring on company culture, business goals, fiscal responsibility, and sound business judgment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Essential Requirements

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree and MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related field.
  • 20+ years' progressive experience executing strategic initiatives with quantifiable increases to revenue and market share in with existing clients is required.
  • 10+ years proven track record of executive leadership and success in a senior management role, preferably within a start-up or fast-growing organization, leading high performing teams to achieve growth performance and financial results.
  • Previous experience with public-private partnerships, specifically with the government is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing mergers and acquisitions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and integration is required.

  • Proven ability to take a concept from pilot and multiply at scale with verifiable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence key decision makers and stakeholders in a transparent and open manner, across multi-faceted communication channels. Ability to tailor messages and interaction to meet the needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy effective negotiation techniques with emphasis on obtaining mutually beneficial outcomes and achieving results.
  • Executive level presentation skills required. Ability to effectively communicate vision and goals to various stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • Ability to drive outcomes and strategic goals with and without additional resources and support based on the situation and achieve deadlines.
  • Business sophistication necessary to remain attune to our clients' needs and identify what is driving or hindering progress towards growth.
  • Proven ability to analyze opportunities and formulate business strategies necessary to structure, negotiate, and close high-complexity agreements.
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, management, and visualization systems software; salesforce/CRM system experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
