The Information Technology Group (ITG) is seeking a Lead Architect for the Servicing area to serve as the technical domain expert on better technologies to support our retail and/or retirement servicing area. You will steer strategic technology direction by leveraging AI and data, define target state architecture and roadmaps, and help build reference implementations in partnership with our delivery teams. You will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, especially ML/AI technologies, that benefit this domain. You will play a significant role in mentoring and supporting architects and delivery teams on projects and initiatives across the Service portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
