Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Network Administrator to work in a client's 24-7 Network Operations Center on the night shift, working Wednesdays 10pm-6am, Thursdays 6pm-6am, Fridays 6pm-6am, Saturdays 10pm-6am, with Sundays-Tuesdays off.

In this role you will:

• Support the clients local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), customer networks, Intranet and Internet, and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system.
• Monitor network(s) to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• Perform routine network startup/shutdown procedures and maintain control records.

Required Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience, additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT systems.
• Ability to work the following shift schedule, which includes weekend and holiday work:
  • Wednesday/Saturday 10pm-6am, Thursday/Friday 6pm-6am, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday off
  • Upon hire, your first 6-8 weeks of work will be on a Monday-Friday day shift while you complete training, after which you will begin the above night shift schedule.
• Prior experience working on this client's network.
• Ability to work independently while also participating in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability utilizing strong verbal and written skills

Desired Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Network certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIE, ITIL Foundations, and/or CISSP.
