Carnegie Mellon University: College of Fine Arts: Design Location Pittsburgh, PA Open Date Sep 30, 2024 Description The School of Design at Carnegie Mellon University seeks an adjunct Faculty to teach an undergraduate course, junior studio (51-360 Environments IV). This studio builds off the students' previous experience in the design and prototyping of physical spaces and immersive experiences, with an emphasis on digital-physical interactions, installations and distributed IoT devices. The specific course projects will be crafted alongside School of Design faculty and could be catered to the expertise of the adjunct teacher. More information on the Environments track can be found here. The course meets in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 pm - 4:50 pm, starting on January 17th and ending on May 4th.
