Pay: $25/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, assist with month-end and year-end closings, and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, support budget preparation, and assist in audits by providing documentation. Process accounts payable and receivable, file tax returns, analyze financial data for trends, and collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.

Qualifications:



  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and has a strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and effective communication skills for successful collaboration.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
