The National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for multiple Senior All Source Analysts to support the Defense Combating Terrorism Office for an Intelligence agency with strategic intelligence on terrorist personalities, networks, facilities, intentions, capabilities, tactics, training, and weapons to warn of attacks, disrupt networks, and defeat transnational terrorism. This opportunity is in anticipation of an upcoming contract award!

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct research and analysis of data, information, and intelligence to produce a wide range of finished all-source intelligence products for senior U.S. Defense Department (DoD) and government officials, U.S. Combatant Commands (CCMDs) that are in accordance with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Agency analytic standards.
  • Produce in-depth strategic and operational analysis of transnational terrorist networks and activities. Finished intelligence products shall include standard and non-standard Agency products as well as briefings for the tactical and strategic customers.
  • Coordinate all products within Agency and with other Intelligence Community (IC) partners.
  • Meet formatting, classification, and dissemination guidelines when developing products.
  • Compile information into a nomination report format as specified by the Government and correctly format, classify, and address reports.
  • Ensure information contained within reports is intelligible, cogent, comprehensive, and understandable, and that all reports use proper grammar and spelling.
  • Possess knowledge of capabilities and limitations of intelligence collection disciplines, to include general technical sensors/platforms and human intelligence sources in area of responsibility. Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) collection management cycle, processes, systems, and tools. Knowledge of collection strategies, collection requirements, targeting, assessment, feedback, and source validation/vetting processes.
  • Drive collection to identify and answer intelligence gaps and work closely and effectively with collectors in all phases of the intelligence cycle.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with applying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases to identify transnational terrorist networks and their key actors.
  • Support DoD field collectors and determine the best methodology to prepare and produce integrated intelligence products including targeting products in direct support of special operations.
  • Provide analytical support for special operations and conventional activities to include temporary duty (TDY) support to partner nations.
  • Provide support to national and DoD/CCMD 1evel planning efforts to include contingency and crisis planning.
  • Respond to customer requests for terrorism information with both oral and written products at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and working groups and provide strategic and operational analysis of transnational terrorism issues in assigned focus area.

What does Leidos need from me?

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
  • Intelligence analysis and finished intelligence experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 17 to 20 years of DoD and/or IC intelligence analysis and finished intelligence experience or Master's with 12 to 15 years of DoD and/or IC intelligence analysis and finished intelligence experience.

Favorable if you have:

  • Counterintelligence (CT) experience in a national level intelligence agency is highly desired.
  • Degree in security or intelligence studies with a recommended focus on terrorism or other transnational security threats.

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
