The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to work at our Butler Mill Services location in Butler, IN. The Plant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the processing plants (permanent and portable). Pay: $80,000 + (based on experience) Benefits Competitive pay Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefit Plan Development Opportunities Responsibilities The Plant Maintenance Worker will: Supports safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement, regulatory compliance and related training Develops plant schedule for the purpose of meeting production objectives Coordinates with the Sales and Marketing team to identify production needs Monitors product specifications for commercial and state applications Ensures that plant capacity is maintained and production KPIs are being met Develops, supports and coordinates operations personnel Assigns and schedules work Ensures that tools and resources are available to personnel Coordinates teams to identify process improvements Ensures plant availability and capacity by coordinating maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager Develops and maintains relationships with mill management, vendors and operations management Assists the Operations Manager in developing budgets and business plans Reviews monthly budget to manage costs Assists with the evaluation of capital expenditures Reviews and approves timecards Audits processes and inspects work as necessary Runs KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-making Provides reporting and recordkeeping as required Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of five years of experience in industrial or construction environment Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs and controls Ability to understand financial data Supervisory experience Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office products Valid driver's license To Apply Please submit your resume.
