About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a AP Analyst for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice in Colorado. Our CAAS service helps our clients transform their business with a collaborative approach that allows them to seamlessly mitigate risk, overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and identify personnel to help them with their workforce needs.

As an AP Analyst, you will:

  • Client Service: Learns to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Day-to-Day Transactions: Processes Accounts Payable, and Cash Disbursements.

  • Other Quarterly or Annual Processing: Completes Form 1099s.

  • Interact with engagement teams to meet deadlines.

What you will need:

  • Three or more years of accounts payable experience.

  • Technical knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Intacct, Xero, Bill.com, Expensify) and other applicable software preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Associates degree required. Equivalent work experience may be considered as a degree equivalent.

Compensation Strategy Statement:

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Colorado, the posted range for this role is $46,000 - $67,000
