Substitute Support Specialist

OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Substitute Support Specialist to assist our teams in Gallup McKinley County Schools and Central Consolidated School District! The successful candidate will be responsible for helping fulfill substitute teacher assignments and conducting school visits on-site in Gallup McKinley. Occasional travel into CCSD required and paid by company.

SCHEDULE:



  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments.
  • Conduct in-person site visits in Gallup McKinley County paid for by company. Occasional travel to Central Consolidated is also required and paid for by company.
  • Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned or as become evident.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills
