PMA-280 (Tomahawk Weapons System) is searching for a Production Program Analyst with an active Secret clearance to support the Missile Systems IPT from the PMA-280 detachments in Tucson, AZ.

The candidate will directly support the PMA280 (Tucson) Detachment Lead, and assist the Program Office through assigned tasks and projects as well as facilitation of meetings and coordination of efforts of one or more program stakeholders.

The candidate will perform critical program management, technical, and business analysis and provide recommendations to ensure program success.

The candidate will provide program production analysis support for all aspects of the program, and participate as a member of and/or support the overall program IPTs.

The candidate will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to systems acquisition and product programs, government property, track program/project status and schedules, and apply inputs for PMA280 financial planning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage PMA 280 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with SECNAVINST 5200.43 Government Furnished Property, Accountability and Management.

  • Maintain asset records in Navy ERP for PMA 280 GFE from procurement to disposition.

  • Track asset status in TOMIS database from inception to disposition.

  • Assist with conducting annual physical inventory of all PMA 280 GFP, making necessary corrections to the Government Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).

  • Utilize PIEE (WAWF) to maintain GFP lists for each contract.

  • Tomahawk All Up Round integration to Program Office (PEO (U&W)) in accordance with approved acquisition strategies.

  • Support organization and preparation of program reviews to assess progress and accomplishments and report status to PMA-280 Missile Systems IPTLs, as required.

  • Update and deliver various reports, to include the following as a minimum:

    • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes and track issues and action items as required.

    • Participate in PMA-280 Risk Working Groups & Risk Management Board as required

    • Participate in PMA-280 Quality Assurance & various Engineering Working Groups as required.

    • Participate in Raytheon weekly briefings focusing on (but not limited to) product flow, material flow & asset returns.

    • Prepare and maintain briefing materials, project/program plans, acquisition documentation and IGS inputs for Missile Systems IPT Leads.

Basic Qualifications

Active Secret clearance

BS or BA and 4 + yrs of relevant work experience OR 8+ years of work experience in lieu of a degree

4+ years of recent and relevant professional experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management

2+ years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems.

Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), life cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series), military interdepartmental procurement requests, work requests, requisitions, contract data requirements list, and DD254

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules

Pay Range:Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
