JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Penn State Berks Admissions Counselor recruits students for the University and the campus, maintains relationships with school counselors, participates in special visitation and recruitment programs on and off campus, and provides support and communication with prospective students and their families. This position will build strong working relationships and partnerships with community organizations in the Reading area.
Education:
Previous experience with a CRM (customer relationship management) system specifically Slate is desirable. The ideal candidate will be a bi-lingual Spanish speaker. Speaking, reading, writing, and communicating in fluent Spanish is required for this position. Successful candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills, a willingness to travel locally and out of state on behalf of the campus and University.
