$18/hr for 1st Shift and $19/hr for Night Shift!

  • Will operate manufacturing process equipment in the manufacturing of pleated filters, gas turbine filter and other filtration products, parts and assemblies.
  • Responsible to work safely at all times following all safety procedures, wearing designated personal protective equipment for the job performed. Proactively seek out, report and assist in the elimination of any unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Ensure products produced meet all quality specifications.
  • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually with the use of appropriate equipment.
  • Keep work area clean, neat and safe.
  • High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
  • Outstanding teamwork - must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
  • Technical Capacity required.
  • Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
  • Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to use hand tools.
  • Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
  • Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
