Philadelphia - Private Client Senior Associate or Of Counsel

Seeking a senior level associate or Of Counsel with large law firm or financial planning firm experience to join our private client practice. The successful applicant must possess a background in estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and family groups, estate administration and business succession planning. Candidates with experience in international tax and cross-border planning are highly desirable. This position may be resident in Philadelphia and admission to the Pennsylvania bar preferred. This is a non-partnership track position.
