POSITION SUMMARY

The CRM Manager, Mobile will be responsible for the leadership and execution of multi-channel CRM initiatives with a heavy emphasis on mobile marketing. The position will primarily focus on messaging, segmentation, and channel strategy throughout the customer journey, working closely with other digital channels to drive incremental visits and revenue, as well as build customer retention and loyalty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute CRM strategies focused on mobile messaging (SMS, push notifications, in-app) to drive incremental guest visitation and sales.
  • Develop and maintain the Customer Journey Road Map, ensuring mobile messaging (SMS, push, in-app) is optimized for delivering personalized, timely, and relevant 1-to-1 communications through the most effective mobile channels.
  • Own and manage the direct marketing strategy and execution of the season pass program, with a focus on mobile messaging channels (SMS and push) in addition to email and other direct channels.
  • Manage mobile messaging requests from key stakeholders and incorporate them into the overall CRM marketing calendar, ensuring mobile-first campaign approaches.
  • Collaborate with other CRM team members to develop robust A/B testing strategies specifically for mobile messaging, assisting in the execution and performance evaluation to continuously optimize mobile CRM campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align mobile messaging strategies with broader company goals and drive results through CRM and mobile digital initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills in mobile messaging and CRM strategies.
  • Promote and foster a "learning culture" by staying current with mobile messaging innovations and industry best practices to shape future mobile-first strategies and plans.
  • Other duties as assigned, with an emphasis on driving mobile CRM growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic design and implementation of measurable marketing programs.
  • Strong technical skill with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proven leadership and team oversight resulting in high performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute seamless, integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and compliance with regulations like TCPA and GDPR.
  • Skilled in using marketing automation platforms (such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to implement coordinated, multi-touch journeys that optimize customer lifecycle stages.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data across channels, adjust strategies in real time, and continuously improve customer engagement and ROI.
  • Previous experience working with a DMP, CDP and/or CRM platform.
  • Experience developing data driven marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural collaborator who is able to build positive relationships across the company and drive decision-making for cross-functional teams
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and detail orientation.

Preferred:
  • Experience with customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with resort and leisure industry
  • Copy writing for mobile messaging experience
  • Previous experience with IBM Acoustic is a plus
  • Adobe Experience Platform experience is a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required (marketing, business, business analytics, communications, economics), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base salary range: $80,000 - $112,000 per year
