Location:Westlinks -12801 Westlinks DriveFort Myers FL 33913 Department: Quality Improve - Education Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$34.97 - $45.46 / hour SummarySupervises daily operations of the Home Health quality department under the direction of the Director of Home Health Quality and Compliance. Manages scheduling, payroll, and oversees teams daily activities. In conjunction with the Director of Home Health Quality and Compliance, responsible for the coordination and collection of clinical data as it relates to CMS, AHCA, CHAP, DNV and publicly reported measures. Also, in support of the Director of Home Health Quality and Compliance, responsible for coordination and the development of policies, practices, and programs to enhance quality services for all Home Health Services departments. In conjunction with the Director of Home Health Quality and Compliance, responsible for continuous quality improvement activities related to OASIS data collection, Home Health Value-Based Purchasing, and CMS quality metrics. RequirementsEducation:Bachelors degree in nursing or Masters degree in Physical Therapy required. Experience:2 years of experience in Home Health quality or case management preferred. Certification:OASIS Certification required or must obtain within 6 months of hire. Home Health coding certification required or must obtain within 6 months of hire. License: Valid Florida Drivers License.Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist licensed in the State of Florida required. Other: US:FL:Fort Myers | |
