International Sourcing Analyst

This role will support our International countries' US sourcing opportunities through quoting and fulfilling Applied branch and end customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Meet quote requests by locating and pricing product from sources within the US Applied network or from external vendors. This may include internet searches.
• Process incoming orders by procuring materials and working with the US Distribution network to consolidate and ship.
• Prepare export shipping documents and confirm they are in compliance with the law for each country.
• Monitor orders to ensure they meet customer expectations, including ship dates.
• Release invoices for shipments. Resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written)
• 2+ years of buying/ sourcing experience preferred.
• 1+ year of demonstrated SAP working experience in Order Processing preferred.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid problem solving approach
• Good process orientation and attention to details
