Staffmark is on the lookout for new talent to join forces with the innovators in smart devices for entertainment, travel, and smart homes. We are hiring a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Riverside, CA, ready to take the next step in their career!

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:



  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
  • Diagnose the cause of defective items and explain the correct troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Request and recommend that customers participate in a survey at the end of the call.


Qualifications:



  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Customer Service Representative.
  • Able to type at least 35 WPM.
  • Consumer-focused and a strong advocate for excellent customer service.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation, sense of urgency, and high personal integrity.
  • Strong team orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where change and ambiguity are the norms.
  • Technical savviness and the ability to learn systems quickly.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
