With nearly 3,000 members, PAGNY is a diverse yet well integrated group, working together to bring positive change through outstanding care to each and every patient. We are the largest multicultural and multilingual physician practice in New York State. Our talented professionals provide state-of-the-art medical care in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.

The PAGNY mission is to offer responsive and quality healthcare to the New York community while fulfilling the educational and entrepreneurial needs of our members. Every member of the PAGNY team has a strong commitment to providing public service to the communities that need it most. We offer comprehensive healthcare services, which are delivered by an exceptional team of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, administrators, among many others. We maintain one vision and one voice throughout all of our affiliated facilities. Our goal is to create a long-lasting legacy of excellence.

PAGNY is proudly affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals, which is the country’s largest public hospital system. We are partners with Coney Island Hospital, Harlem Hospital Center, Jacobi Medical Center, Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Metropolitan Hospital Center and North Central Bronx Hospital. Our diagnostic and treatment centers include Renaissance, Morrisania and Segundo Ruiz Belvis.

Although PAGNY members span across six major public hospitals, we remain unified by one forward-looking vision.
