Summary
This role is pivotal in managing and executing tasks related to IT activities, services, technologies, and products within a specific business unit called Energy Resource Management (ERM). The individual will determine whether investments support and enhance ERM department's strategies and objectives. ERM leadership will expect individual to set direction and develop IT strategies, policies, and plans across departmental framework. They will maintain IT application and resources, while training users across team. They will support network and communication services, oversee data governance, as well as processes and performance reporting. Additionally, oversight encompasses AGILe (Advanced Grid Innovation Lab for Energy), digital transformation initiatives, and R&D services, ensuring that NYPA can anticipate, prevent, and respond to technology disruptions. #LI-VB1 Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
Overnight travel to the various NYPA locations within New York State. The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $154000.00-$212300.00. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
