Summary

The Director, Enterprise Strategic Accounts is a critical enterprise leader responsible for driving TIDI's national Contracting strategy across health systems, IDNs, and strategic partners. This role shapes how TIDI engages with large-scale healthcare organizations to unlock sustainable growth, elevate strategic partnerships, and differentiate TIDI as a clinical and operational partner of choice

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Sales this role plays a pivotal role in aligning enterprise-level contracting with broader corporate strategy, integrating customer insights, market dynamics, and internal capabilities to create long-term value. This leader guides the development of scalable contract frameworks, value-based partnership models, and enterprise agreements that support multi-segment commercial growth and innovation adoption.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Demonstrate ideal behaviors consistent with TIDI's core values and guiding principles.
* Participate as needed in cross-functional management systems Enterprise wide.
* Execute TIDI's enterprise contracting strategy, ensuring it supports organizational growth, brand positioning, and strategic market access goals across all commercial segments.
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for major healthcare customers, including IDNs.
* Own C-level relationships at top strategic accounts and serve as a trusted advisor on product value, clinical efficacy, and long-term partnership strategies.
* Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and value-based agreements.
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure customer needs are embedded in product development and service offerings.
* Collaborate with Health Systems, Sales and Marketing to drive contract compliance and optimize product adoption and ensure alignment on strategy execution.
* Analyze account performance, competitive positioning, and healthcare market trends to identify new business opportunities and risks.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer advisory boards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 10+ years of experience in sales and/or strategic account leadership within the medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare products industry.
* Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including reimbursement models, provider networks, GPOs, and IDNs.
* Proven track record of achieving revenue/profitability targets and growing multimillion-dollar healthcare accounts and negotiating high-value contracts.
* Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, procurement processes, and hospital operations.
* Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize clinical, financial, and operational data into strategic actions.
* Up to 50% travel required

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $165,000.00 - $187,500.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. In addition, this role is eligible for commissions targeted at 25 percent of TTC. Commission is paid on a QUARTERLY basis. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, (as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law) Each benefit is subject to eligibility requirements as specified in plan documents, and the Company reserves the right to modify the benefits it offers from time to time.
