Our Story
Every day, caregivers are the problem solvers who make it possible for people to live better, healthier lives. So, who solves their problems?We do.
At TIDI Products, our team works every day to help caregivers meet the challenges of patient care in the hospital and beyond its walls. We are rolling up our sleeves, digging in, and finding novel solutions to existing problems. The TIDI Products team is about giving caregivers what works better, so they can perform at their best.
Each of TIDI's products helps to support the purpose, "Support Caregivers. Protect Patients." Our products can be found in the operating room, on patient floors, and in physician and dental offices.

At TIDI Products, we believe there is no greater respect for the individual than creating a work environment that assures both the health and safety of employees and the protection of the environment and the community. Great strides have been taken in recent years to improve the quality of the working environment.
We are proud TIDI has been named one of America’s Healthiest Companies by the Wellness Council of America. TIDI has established a culture that is focused on committing to help our employees enhance their health and well-being through healthy lifestyles. TIDI has a Physical Therapist, Wellness Coach and Nurse Practitioner on site to address the health needs of our employees.
Through our program of Continuous Improvement, the company and its employees work to reach our goal of an accident-free workplace. At TIDI, all employees are expected to participate in making the working environment as safe as possible. All employees are encouraged to participate in identifying safety risks before they become hazards.
Community
TIDI Products believes in giving back to the community and we are committed to serving the people in the communities in which we live and work. TIDI is a strong supporter of the United Way-Fox Cities. In 2016, TIDI was recognized with awards for Outstanding Leadership and Emerging Leaders Campaign (TIDI had the largest % growth in Leadership Givers and Emerging Leaders from the previous year) and the Kimberly Clark Corporate Challenge Giving Award for the largest percent increase in employee giving from the previous year.
In addition to our United Way efforts, TIDI supports other non-profit organizations such as Coats for Kids, St. Joe’s Pantry and Adopt a Family. We also support organizations our associates support and feel strongly about through our Volunteer and Corporate Sponsorship programs.
