Coordinates and observes work for general conformance of contract documents. Coordinates and observes the work of construction contractors assigned to perform construction contract administration and oversight work at NYPA or Customer facilities. Ensures that quality workmanship is maintained at all times and in accordance with applicable construction procedures, methods, codes and specifications. Projects will include electrical, civil, mechanical, instrumentation & control engineering disciplines. Provide direct oversight of contractors and onsite management of construction projects (for projects at NYPA sites only). A Construction Engineer may have background from one of the engineering disciplines. Responsibilities

The estimated salary range for this position is: $66,000 - $85,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
