Summary
As a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting theSVP, Nuclear Development, you will play a pivotal role in keeping a fastmoving, highimpact function running smoothly. In this role, you'll deliver essential daytoday administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, expense processing, presentation preparation, and organizing materials for key meetings. You'll serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners, helping ensure information is organized, accurate, and accessible when it matters most. You'll handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, support crossdepartment collaboration, and contribute to an environment where NYPA's mission, delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy to all New Yorkers, remains front and center.

Up to 10% travel primarily within New York State. Ability to sit at desk for long duration of time. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
